How much will you earn?
Basic Salary - Php 15,000.00
+ Tier Base Pay
Tier 3 - Php 6,000.00
Tier 4 - Php 7,000.00
Tier 5 - Php 9,000.00
+ Incentives
of up to - Php 3,000.00
(performance based)

If we find your skills excellent, then you could be one of the highest levels (tier 5) and earn as much as Php 27,000.00 (for newbies) plus a rice subsidy (for regular) every month , 30% night differentials , yearly appraisal which is dependent on your performance and a complete medical benefit...
