· Create and maintain overall marketing plan for Contact Center solution area · Contribute ideas and analysis to the solution roadmap and statement of direction · Analyze competitive product messages and win/loss data · Create pricing strategy for solution area Solution Creation and Promotion · Craft solution messaging/positioning: Creation of relevant content & materials to outbound messaging and lead generation needs · Create marketing collateral such as white papers, brochures, demos, presentations, ROI studies, case studies and web content · Assist in PR and analyst relations activities as a product evangelist and spokesperson · Work with regional marketing and marketing programs team to build and drive lead generation campaigns and programs · Promote solution at tradeshows, user conferences, customer workshops, blogs, online portals and other events · Create marketing campaigns, launch plans · Construct and deliver appropriate programs to deliver content and message to customers and prospects via media such as launch events, regional workshops, webinars · Create and manage leads · Product/Solution positioning relating to Rainmaker marketplace, into all NA and EMEA campaigns and relevant for NA/European audience Customer/Sales Support · Create and execute target account plan for Contact Center solution · Present solution to targeted customers throughout sales cycle · Provide sales support – tailor sales tools and messages for specific customers, prospects, and competitive sales situations · Sales training – webinars, regional meetings, sales conferences, new hire training Job Requirements · Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise software as a Product/Solution Marketing Manager · Ability to work closely with sales organization in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth · Track record of successfully defining, developing and launching new products or existing products into new markets · Experience developing solutions, messaging, positioning and pricing for North America market segments · Outstanding writing, communications, presentation and analytical skills · Candidate must be fluent in verbal and written English (American) with a successful track record of building product/solution collaterals · Experience building marketing plans, campaigns, and collateral · Domain expertise in Contact Center is a plus · An MBA is highly desirable
